The 500 Backpack Challenge is officially underway!

And we already have some exciting news…

🎒 21 BACKPACKS BUILT!

That means 21 kids entering foster care will receive a backpack filled with essentials, care, and a reminder that their community is thinking about them.

But we're just getting started.

Our goal is to build 500 backpacks by October 31, which means we have 479 to go!

We need your help.

You can be part of the challenge in three simple ways:

GIVE. Help fund the backpacks and essential items that go inside them.

BUILD. Get your business, church, school, family, friends, or organization together and host a backpack build.

CONNECT. This is a BIG one. Share the 500 Backpack Challenge with everyone you know! Forward this email. Post it on social media. Send it to your church, coworkers, school, friends, family, neighbors—and yes, even your dentist!

You never know who might be looking for an opportunity to make a difference.
